Trovitsky Park is a newer 150-home community located on the north side of Petrovitsky Road between Petrovitsky Park and Northwood Junior High.

Homes in this development were built in early to mid-2000 and is governed by a homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
